About Ocean & Country
Ocean & Country opened its doors in June 2008. Proprietor Simon Thomas had long thought there was an
opening for an estate agent on Barbican Parade, East Looe, which would offer people easy access when visiting the
office without the hassle of looking for car parking and other inconveniences. Having worked in the town centre, I
found it difficult to conduct business appointments where the car was required, as everything takes twice as long.
Although all our properties are available to view 24hrs a day on our website, along with other major portals, one of our main aims is to make the office accessible and user friendly for all customers. The vast majority of clients are using the internet to search for properties now and only need to visit the office to complete paperwork, I am certain that this location will allow us to spend more time focusing on the all important role of ensuring that we provide a satisfactory and pleasant experience for our customer's.
